We start your program at a level that is just right for you and build from there.
Your program will only use equipment that you have available. If you don’t have much, don’t worry, we give you ideas.
Your schedule is important. You decide how many days per week and what days for specific workouts.
We don’t want you to get bored, so we give a different experience each time. Plus, it’s good to mix things up to challenge your body.
As you progress, you’ll need to workouts to evolve with you. Alternatively, if you miss for a while, we’ll adjust easier for a while.
Have favorite exercises? Let’s see them more. Some you don’t like? Let’s toss them. You also have input on the intensity of the workouts.
